Before you order.
Which sizes can I order?
20 × 30 cm or 30 × 45 cm. These are photo sizes, not DIN A4/A3. Check your frame’s exact opening before ordering.
What paper do you use?
Borderless matte photo paper, 225 g/m². You receive a physical print without a frame, mounting hardware or digital file.
Can I add a signature or dedication?
Choose no signature, Ihor’s signature, or a named dedication with a short message. All three options are included in the print price. Please check names and spelling before paying.
Will the print look exactly like my screen?
The product preview shows the borderless crop. A small amount may be trimmed at the edges, and screen brightness or colour settings can make the physical print look slightly different.
Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
Delivery is available to street addresses in all 27 EU Member States with tracking. Germany: €10.90 for orders containing only 20 × 30 cm prints, or €11.90 if any 30 × 45 cm print is included. Other supported EU destinations: €27.90 or €28.90 respectively. The full total is shown before payment. Standard EU shipping excludes special customs or delivery territories (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Åland Islands, Mount Athos, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and overseas French territories). If your postal area is excluded, please contact us before placing an order.
When will my order arrive?
Catalogue prints: normally within 7–12 working days after payment in Germany and 7–15 working days to other supported EU destinations. Custom-photo orders: within 20 working days in Germany and 25 working days elsewhere in the supported EU area. Your dispatch email includes tracking and your invoice.
How can I pay, and do I need an account?
No account is required. You can pay by Visa / Mastercard, PayPal and, when supported by your device and browser, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your confirmation and personal order link are sent by email after payment is confirmed.
How does a custom-photo request work?
Describe the character, mood and pose using a costume or look I already have. I will contact you within two working days after payment. No work starts before we agree the brief in writing. If no reasonable brief can be agreed, you receive a full refund, including standard shipping.
Can I change, cancel or return an order?
Email business@impossiblepleasure.com as soon as possible with your order number. Changes depend on whether production has started. Standard prints generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period from receipt; exceptions can apply to genuinely personalised goods. Read the withdrawal information or submit your withdrawal.
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact business@impossiblepleasure.com with your order number. Photos of the print and packaging help resolve the issue. Personalisation does not remove your statutory rights for faulty goods. Your legal guarantee rights.
