Withdrawal rights
Version: 28 October 2026 · 2026-10-28-de-final
Right of withdrawal for standard goods
You have the right to withdraw from a contract for standard goods within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period expires fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods; for one order delivered separately, the last goods are relevant.
How to exercise it
Notify Ihor Kostash, trading as Impossible Pleasure, Holländische Straße 43, 34127 Kassel, Germany; business@impossiblepleasure.com; +49 160 95180666; VAT ID DE465444547, by a clear statement, for example by email or post. The model form below may be used but is not compulsory. You may also use the prominent “Withdraw from a contract” link in the shop and the withdrawal function on this website and select “Confirm withdrawal”. Receipt is acknowledged promptly by email on a durable medium with the content, date and time. Sending your statement before the period expires is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
The seller reimburses all payments received for the withdrawn contract, including standard delivery costs, except supplementary costs from your choice of delivery beyond the least expensive standard option offered. Reimbursement is without undue delay and within fourteen days after notification, using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, without a reimbursement fee. The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you supply evidence of return dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Returning goods
Send or hand over the goods to Ihor Kostash, Holländische Straße 43, 34127 Kassel, Germany without undue delay and within fourteen days of notifying withdrawal. Dispatch before the deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct return-shipping cost. You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This concerns change-of-mind withdrawal; statutory defect and transport-damage rights remain unaffected.
Made-to-specification goods
A mere ordinary signature does not remove the standard withdrawal right. For genuinely personalised goods, for example a named dedication or a newly created photograph following an individually approved brief, Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB excludes the statutory right only where its legal criteria are met. Otherwise the normal right remains. Voluntarily, you may cancel for a full refund before production begins; for a new photo, this includes the period before written brief agreement. If no reasonable brief can be agreed, the seller refunds the full custom-photo order and its standard shipping. Defect, conformity and non-delivery rights are unaffected. You may always send a statement through the electronic function; sending is not blocked by an automatic order lookup.
For faulty or non-conforming goods, see Your legal guarantee rights. These rights are separate from withdrawal.
