Accessible explanation
You have a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery for goods bought from a trader. If a print does not conform to the contract, the seller must provide the remedies required by law, free of charge: repair or replacement where applicable, or a price reduction or termination where the legal conditions are met. A fault that becomes apparent during the first year is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless that presumption is incompatible with the goods or the fault. National law can provide additional rights.
A personal dedication or an individually agreed new photograph does not remove these conformity rights. The separate rules for changing your mind are explained in Withdrawal rights.
