IMPOSSIBLE PLEASURE / SHOP INFORMATION
Terms and conditions
Version: 1 November 2026 · 2026-11-01-eu27-dhl
Seller and scope
These terms apply to physical photo-print orders from Ihor Kostash, trading as Impossible Pleasure, Holländische Straße 43, 34127 Kassel, Germany; business@impossiblepleasure.com; +49 160 95180666; VAT ID DE465444547. The products are photographs from the seller’s cosplay projects. These are the seller’s own cosplay photographs; no official release or endorsement by the producers of depicted games, films or series is claimed.
Products, crop and personalisation
Prints are supplied borderless on matte 225 g/m² photo paper, in 20 × 30 cm or 30 × 45 cm. These are photographic sizes, not DIN A4/A3. The preview shows the intended crop; image edges can be trimmed to fill the sheet. A frame, mount and digital file are not included. Catalogue prints are an open, unnumbered edition. Choose no signature, Ihor’s signature or a personal dedication with a name/nickname and a short message of up to 140 characters. These options are included in the displayed print price. Please check spelling. Ordinary handwritten signatures without a named dedication are standard goods. Technical screen/print colour differences and variations in handwriting do not remove statutory defect rights.
A new photograph by request
The Custom photo product includes one newly created photograph and one physical print in the selected size, using an available costume or look within the seller’s portfolio style. New costumes, props, travel and a full photography session are not included. Requests must be legal, safe and within that scope. Custom-photo orders are placed separately from catalogue prints and contain one new photograph. The 20 × 30 cm version costs €79.00; the 30 × 45 cm version costs €95.00, including 19% VAT, plus the displayed standard delivery charge. Payment is taken at checkout. The seller contacts you at the supplied email within two working days to agree the actual brief. Creation begins only after your written email approval; the agreed brief is recorded with the order. If a reasonable brief cannot be agreed or the seller cannot fulfil it, the whole custom-photo order including standard delivery is cancelled and refunded through the original payment method. No additional fee is charged without a separate agreement. No exclusivity, copyright transfer or digital delivery is included.
Ordering and contract formation
The shop display invites orders. You may review and change the image, size, quantity and personalisation in the bag and checkout. The final review displays the chosen details, price, VAT, shipping and delivery terms. By selecting “Place order and pay”, you submit a binding offer and continue to the selected payment provider. The seller accepts the offer after payment is confirmed by sending the order confirmation and saved contract terms by email. A failed or abandoned payment is not accepted for fulfilment. No additional payment is taken for creating an account or maintaining a customer account.
Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include 19% VAT. Catalogue prices are €29.00 for 20 × 30 cm and €45.00 for 30 × 45 cm. No-signature, signature and personal-dedication choices have no additional charge. Shipping is shown before payment. Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are displayed as separate choices when configured and available. Card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe; PayPal is processed by PayPal. Wallet availability depends on the device, browser, account and configured card; the payment provider may offer a card fallback. Payment is due when the contract is formed. One catalogue checkout supports up to 50 prints; this is a shipping/checkout limit, not an edition limit.
Delivery
Delivery is available to street addresses in all 27 Member States of the European Union through DHL Paket with tracking. The standard checkout covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. No home collection, Packstation, post-office collection address or PO box is offered in this checkout. For Germany, shipping is €10.90 for orders containing only 20 × 30 cm sheets, or €11.90 if any 30 × 45 cm print is included. For the other supported EU destinations, shipping is €27.90 or €28.90 respectively. The displayed shipping charge includes the applicable VAT treatment used by the checkout. Catalogue orders are normally delivered within 7–12 working days after payment in Germany and within 7–15 working days to other supported EU destinations; a personalised dedication does not change that period. A custom-photo order is delivered within 20 working days after payment in Germany and within 25 working days to other supported EU destinations, subject to the agreed-brief process described in these terms; if fulfilment cannot be agreed or completed, the seller cancels and refunds the unfulfilled order. Working days mean Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays applicable to dispatch and carrier operation. Certain special territories outside the EU VAT/customs area or outside standard DHL EU service are not covered by the standard EU rate. The seller remains responsible for delivery to the consumer; a parcel problem does not remove statutory rights.
Packaging and recycling
The displayed shipping charge includes protective packaging and the seller’s applicable packaging-recycling costs. No separate recycling, environmental or handling charge is added at checkout or collected on delivery by the seller. Statutory packaging responsibilities remain with the responsible business. Please separate packaging materials and follow your local waste-sorting instructions. No recycled-content or recycling certification is claimed unless it is documented for the packaging actually used.
Withdrawal, voluntary cancellation and defects
Standard catalogue prints, unsigned or with an ordinary signature, have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the withdrawal information. For genuinely made-to-specification goods, such as a named dedication or a new photograph created to an individually agreed brief, the exception in Section 312g(2) no. 1 BGB applies where its legal criteria are met. If no statutory exclusion applies, the normal withdrawal right remains. Independently, the seller voluntarily allows cancellation with a full refund before production begins. For a new photograph, cancellation is also allowed until the brief has been agreed in writing and production begins; inability to agree the brief results in a full refund. This additional cancellation promise does not restrict a statutory right. Statutory conformity, defect and non-delivery remedies always remain. Contact business@impossiblepleasure.com or use the withdrawal function; no account or reason is required to send a statement.
Legal guarantee and complaints
The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies to all physical prints, including genuinely personalised prints. Please read the official EU legal-guarantee notice. For a complaint, contact business@impossiblepleasure.com or the seller’s postal address and describe the affected order and problem. A photograph can help assess damage where available; it is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. The seller handles the complaint and the remedy required by law. No additional commercial durability guarantee is offered.
Contract records and data
The contract language is English. You receive the confirmation, selected personalisation, contract text and official English legal-guarantee notice by email and can save the documents. Order records and subsequent invoices can be accessed using the private order link. Submitted personalisation text, requests, delivery/contact information and payment references are used for order fulfilment as described in the shop Privacy information. Keep the personal order link confidential.
Applicable law and disputes
German law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer protection otherwise applicable to you. The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
