Character presence over imitation.
This Chainsaw Man project was built around one unmistakable element: the chainsaw head. Constructed by hand from EVA foam, the prop was shaped, layered, painted and weathered to create an aggressive mechanical finish while remaining wearable for performance and photography.
The intentionally rough surface, exposed details and industrial palette support the chaotic character design, while the physical performance keeps the oversized prop from feeling static in frame.
